Lasting Impressions MO LLC

Lasting Impressions MO LLC is a Missouri organization providing Individualized Supportive Living (ISL) services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Pettis County. Founded by Tom and Shannon Wassam, the organization has offered personalized support in community settings since 2002, with a focus on well-being, quality of life, and greater independence.

Its services include assistance with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, dressing, cooking, cleaning, and medication administration. Staff also provide emotional and behavioral support, companionship, and guidance with communication challenges. To help individuals build independence, the team supports routines, money management, goal setting, and decision-making. Direct Support Professionals monitor health and safety needs, respond to emergencies, and accompany people on outings and community activities to encourage social connection.

Lasting Impressions also operates the DSP Success Center, which trains and supports Direct Support Professionals to promote quality care. Through its services and staff development, the organization aims to empower individuals and provide compassionate, individualized support.
