Users can preview a plan before subscribing, review it as they go, and keep their own reason for quitting close at hand.

The app also lets users log pouch use, optionally note triggers, and review recent progress, with recorded history retained to help identify patterns. For moments of craving, LastLip’s Rescue feature offers free five-minute pauses, gentle breathing guidance, and practical ideas, and can be revisited as needed. Rescue is available after users confirm they are at least 18.
