Last Supper Foundation

Last Supper Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under IRS Section 501(c)(3). It brings people living with terminal illness together with their loved ones to honor a life through meaningful gatherings, storytelling, and shared meals. The foundation works with each honoree to shape a personal dinner reflecting their memories, relationships, and favorite foods. Its team listens to the honoree’s stories, then designs a four-course menu in which each dish represents a chapter of their life. Chefs and volunteers prepare the meal with care, creating space for friends and family to gather, share stories, express gratitude, and celebrate together.

The foundation serves people with a terminal diagnosis, their loved ones and caregivers, and communities seeking a thoughtful way to honor the end of life. There is no cost to honorees or their families; donations and volunteer support make each gathering possible. People can nominate an honoree, volunteer in roles such as cooking, serving, storytelling, logistics, or emotional support, and donate toward ingredients, rentals, and other event needs.
