Latelierdebenoite

L’Atelier de Benoîte is a furniture-restyling and interior decoration business based in the Valenciennois area of France. Founded by Benoîte Sermesant, who is passionate about interior design and antique furniture, the workshop helps clients give existing pieces a new lease on life and create a home that reflects their personal style. Each project is tailored to the client, with Benoîte providing advice and support from the initial design through to the transformation.

Larger furniture, such as sideboards, dining tables and tall cupboards, is restyled in the client’s home, with protective measures used to keep the living space clean. Doors, drawers, chairs and smaller pieces are worked on at the Atelier and returned carefully protected. Customers can also explore and purchase creations through the boutique.

The business offers discovery workshops for adults and children, providing opportunities to enjoy hands-on creative activities. Through its personalized services, retail offering and workshops, L’Atelier de Benoîte brings together furniture restoration, design and creative learning.
