Atelier du port

Marielle Filaudeau is a painter and author based in Vendée, France, whose work centres on expressive watercolour, creativity and a close connection with the world around her. Drawing on travel, nature and personal experience, she creates original artworks and travel sketchbooks, sharing her artistic journey through exhibitions and online updates. Her online shop offers original creations, art prints and gift cards.

Marielle also provides personalised watercolours and bespoke keepsakes for weddings and other special occasions. Her event services include live painting and illustrated memory books, capturing meaningful moments for couples, guests and organisations. For businesses, she creates visual works for seminars, conferences and workspaces, with the aim of reflecting each organisation’s identity and values.

Through courses and workshops, Marielle teaches drawing and watercolour at her studio and leads outdoor travel-sketchbook sessions combining sketching, painting and writing. Her welcoming, creativity-led approach is suitable for beginners, with some prior watercolour practice recommended for certain workshops.
