La Tenda della Luna

La Tenda della Luna is an Italian social promotion association based in Turin, dedicated to recognizing, understanding, preventing and addressing violence. Its work focuses on supporting women and strengthening healthier, more respectful relationships through psychological, social, educational and creative services.

The association offers listening and psychological support for women who have experienced violence, along with guidance on accessing local social and health services. It facilitates self-help groups for women facing relationship difficulties or mistreatment, and provides a listening service for parents and teachers addressing challenges in school relationships. Its educational programs engage students, families and educators in developing emotional and relational skills and examining gender stereotypes and other barriers to positive relationships.

Services also include legal support concerning family issues, women and the interests of minors, as well as training conferences on violence and mistreatment. Creative and therapeutic activities—such as writing, art therapy, phototherapy, dance movement therapy, educational games and psychodramatic techniques—offer participants ways to explore personal experiences, express themselves and reconnect with their own resources.
