Láthatatlan Iskola is a mentorship program for children living in temporary homes in Debrecen. The program connects these eager-to-learn children with university students and adults who want to make a difference. The aim is to help the children develop and unlock their full potential.

The program advocates for interactive learning, creating a platform where children see education as valuable and exciting. Personal tutoring is the main activity, but they also organize group programs where all mentors and mentees can grow together. Depending on the children's needs, mentors assist them from preschool age to high school preparation, including catch-up programs and talent development.

There should always be time for play, as it greatly motivates them. If you want to become a mentor, you have two opportunities to apply: in September or February. Mentors are mainly students from Debreceni Egyetem from various fields, and more and more adults are joining.

After filling out the application form, you'll have a mentor interview, get assigned a mentor/mentee pair, visit the institution where you'll teach, and finally, start the learning journey together. Join Láthatatlan Iskola and make a meaningful impact on a child's life!
