Kamea Meah is an association that produces and distributes films exploring complex social and environmental issues. Its featured documentary, La Théorie du Boxeur, investigates how farmers in France’s Drôme Valley are adapting to climate disruption, including heatwaves, droughts, late frosts and pests. Through interviews and field research, the film examines possible directions for agriculture and the resilience of local food systems.
The association makes the documentary available through video-on-demand, DVD and USB, and helps communities bring it to audiences through public, agricultural and school screenings. It also provides educational and practical materials to support screenings and discussions, and offers guidance for organising film events and cinema exchanges. Kamea Meah extends these conversations through Sortir du Ring, a short-form web series highlighting initiatives that support ecosystem regeneration, dignified farming livelihoods and quality food for all.
The organisation invites audiences to engage with agricultural and food-system challenges, follow its news and projects, and support its public-interest work through donations and other contributions
