About La Tierra se Calienta
La Tierra se Calienta is a non-profit Civil Association founded on November 19, 2010. Led by young individuals dedicated to preserving the planet, our organization aims to raise awareness among citizens about environmental care and the pressing issues caused by the effects of climate change that affect the entire world. Our programs focus on environmental education, reforestation, and recycling.
Through our publications and news updates, we strive to keep the public informed about pressing environmental matters. La Tierra se Calienta also actively campaigns against deforestation and climate change in Venezuela. Our projects align with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals, including clean water and sanitation, sustainable cities, responsible production and consumption, climate action, and the preservation of terrestrial ecosystems.
