About Latin American Leadership Academy
Latin American Leadership Academy (LALA) is a purpose-driven non-profit institution dedicated to developing a new generation of diverse, entrepreneurial, and ethical leaders who will bring about positive change in Latin America. We offer a range of lifelong leadership development opportunities designed to guide young leaders on their journey to make a lasting impact on their communities. Central to our mission is our Leadership Camp program, which serves as the gateway to join our vibrant community.
Participants who complete the Leadership Camp become part of a network that provides up to 5000 hours of development opportunities, empowering them to strengthen their applied leadership skills and drive social impact projects and ventures. At LALA, we believe in the power of collective action. That's why we invite young leaders to join our community and partner with us to create a better Latin America.
