Latin American Immigration Association

The Latin American Immigration Association (LAIA) is the nation's only Latino-focused, immigration industry trade association. We are dedicated to providing top-notch education, training, support, advocacy, and networking opportunities to immigration service professionals across the country. Our mission is to be passionate advocates for comprehensive immigration reform while ensuring quality education and training programs nationwide.

At LAIA, we welcome students, members, and supporters from all backgrounds and segments of immigration service practitioners, including immigration forms preparers, immigration attorneys, immigration paralegals, and BIA authorized organizations, church groups, and individuals. We are committed to serving our communities with valuable immigration form services, irrespective of ethnicity or culture. As a professional trade association, we offer valuable membership benefits and support, advocate on behalf of immigration forms preparers, and work towards national recognition, licensing, and educational requirements for immigration forms preparers in all 50 states.
