L’Attrape-Rêves is an equine-assisted support and coaching practice focused on helping people build a more harmonious relationship with horses and with themselves. Its approach is personalized: sessions are adapted to each participant, draw on their existing strengths, and have no fixed format. Horses are treated as partners rather than conditioned tools, and their reactions help bring attention to emotional and behavioral patterns.

Activities include learning about horses and developing autonomy, personal development with horses, and “Re N’ÊTRE” therapeutic workshops combining horses and voice for adults and children aged six and over.
