About Latură la
Centrul Universitar București (CUB) is a branch of the National Organization of Romanian Scouts (ONCR), providing a space for scouts in the bustling university city to continue their scouting activities. Catering to young adults aged 18 to 24, CUB offers a dynamic and flexible environment where young people can develop their skills and knowledge.
