– Laufcoach Richard

Laufcoach Richard is a running coaching brand that combines practical training with a focus on health, enjoyment and personal well-being. Founded by Richard, a lifelong runner with more than 35 years of running experience and over 30 years of marathon experience, the coaching draws on his background as a trainer and coach, following a long career in global business management. Richard works with Anja, a yoga and fascia trainer with more than 30 years of experience, and Tim, a running and fitness trainer who graduated from the German Sport University Cologne.

The team offers running coaching, online training and personal training, alongside group events that bring together running, yoga, fascia work, stretching and athletic training. Events are held at destinations including St. Peter-Ording in Germany and El Cotillo on Fuerteventura. Groups are generally organized by ability, and the approach is relaxed rather than drill-focused. The program is suited to runners who can run continuously for at least 30 minutes.
