Welcome to Lau Kune Do Santa Barbara - Temple of Martial Arts! Since 2001, we have been offering personalized instruction in Santa Barbara, focusing on self-improvement, self-defense, and overall wellness. Our experienced Sifu Rafal Brzozowski leads a variety of classes and private lessons, including Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qigong, Escrima, and Youth Kung Fu. At our temple, located at 122 West Mission Street, you can join both group and private lessons, with morning and evening hours available.
We also offer online and outdoor classes at Santa Barbara East Beach. Our programs are suitable for both youth and adults, and we prioritize physical and mental balance, increased strength, improved health, discipline, and confidence. For seniors, we have a special Tai Chi Essentials class that incorporates techniques from Tai Chi and Qigong, focusing on improving balance, mobility, and strength without undue stress.
