Laura Carroll

Laura Carroll Yoga is a Perth, Western Australia-based yoga teaching practice led by instructor Laura Carroll. Laura describes yoga as a meaningful part of her life and welcomes people of all abilities, emphasizing that yoga is for everyone, not only those who are physically gifted. Her approach presents yoga as a way to build awareness, take responsibility, and become more conscious in everyday life.

The practice offers yoga classes, workshops, and retreats, alongside Posture Lab, an online pose workshop designed to help students explore alignment in familiar yoga postures. Its guidance aims to support confidence and a strong, healthy body throughout a student’s yoga journey. The Posture Lab series begins with Tadasana, or Mountain Pose, explaining its foundational role in understanding alignment and outlining its potential benefits and contraindications.

Laura Carroll Yoga also shares reflections and meditative writing through its journal, offering insight into Laura’s personal learning and practice. Based in Perth, the business provides a welcoming resource for people seeking yoga instruction, opportunities to deepen their practice, and thoughtful perspectives on yoga and personal growth.
