Laura Lenz offers holistic, feminist massage for women* in Bad Doberan, Rostock and the surrounding area. Her practice is designed as a calm, welcoming space, particularly for sensitive people who may find conventional massage too fast, intense or overwhelming. Each session uses slow, attentive, non-goal-oriented touch and is tailored to the client’s needs, boundaries and preferences. Before the massage, Laura takes time for a conversation over tea or water, then helps clients settle in with a brief mindfulness exercise. Room temperature, lighting and music can be adjusted, and clients can communicate throughout the session about how the touch feels.

Her services include a 30-minute online introductory consultation for €30, a three-hour Dynamic Women’s Massage for €210, and individual massages priced at €70 for one hour or €140 for two hours. Massages use warm almond oil, with coconut oil for the yoni area. The practice emphasizes bodily awareness, relaxation, self-determination, self-acceptance and a more personal connection to pleasure, without pressure or expectation.
