Laurence Deiters offers career development and mentoring for people interested in financial services, consulting, and sales. Drawing on 12 years in the industry and experience building more than 700 sales partners across Germany, Deiters works directly with participants, providing personal guidance rather than remote, one-size-fits-all coaching. The support includes structured onboarding, an individual career plan, ongoing training, a free online academy, digital tools for customer acquisition and advisory processes, and access to a specialist network.

Depending on the applicable work model, participants may also receive qualified customer contacts and a fixed monthly allowance alongside performance-based compensation; additional leads are available to top performers. The opportunity is presented through two flexible routes: a part-time start alongside existing work or a full-time path for those ready to focus on a new career. Participants can develop their advisory skills, build a customer base, pursue relevant qualifications, and potentially progress into team leadership.

The collaboration is available nationwide, with support provided digitally and, where appropriate, in person
