Laurie Jones is a menstrual health coaching brand helping women understand their cycles and manage challenging premenstrual symptoms, including PMS and PMDD. Founded by Laurie, a trained Menstrual Cycle Coach, the practice draws on her personal experience and aims to help clients feel more informed and empowered in their relationship with their bodies. Its approach combines cycle tracking, personalised guidance, lifestyle recommendations, rituals and mindset work to help women respond to the changing needs of each menstrual phase.

Services include an on-demand masterclass introducing menstrual cycle awareness, a six-week self-guided Cycle Audit with a personalised review and recommendations, and longer-term one-to-one coaching. Cycle Reset offers six weeks of bespoke support, while the 12-week Cycle Rebirth programme uses the menstrual cycle as a framework for broader personal change.
