Pienoismallitoimisto Lauri Karskela is a model-making business based in Lempäälä, Finland, led by Lauri Karskela. With more than 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur creating architectural models, Karskela brings a long-standing knowledge of miniature design and traditional craftsmanship to his work. The business offers furniture for dollhouses, lighthouse-themed pictures featuring lighthouses along Finland’s coast, and materials related to genealogy.

Many of the dollhouse furnishings draw on traditional, older designs and are crafted at a 1:12 scale, making them miniature representations of familiar furniture styles. The brand’s approach also highlights the distinctive patina that nature gives wood, combining it with skilled handwork to give the material renewed life. Karskela’s products have been available at Tampere’s Tallipiha for more than ten years.

The website also features a gallery, information about sales locations, and contact details for enquiries. Pienoismallitoimisto Lauri Karskela serves people interested in architectural miniatures, dollhouse interiors, Finnish coastal lighthouses, and family history
