About The Law Enforcement Action Partnership
The Law Enforcement Action Partnership (LEAP) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for innovative solutions and evidence-based best practices in the criminal justice system. Composed of criminal justice professionals, LEAP's influential speakers write, consult, and meet with advocacy groups, legislators, fellow officers, the media, and the public to craft and support policies that enhance community safety and justice. Their goal is to transform policing by providing national recommendations and encouraging transparency, accountability, and safety. With an emphasis on rebuilding trust, LEAP offers bold changes to the justice system through their work.
