Lazarus is the leading Nordic focused special-situations investor, specialising on guiding companies through difficult situations. We have in-depth and hands-on expertise in both operational turn-arounds and complex financial restructurings, often with conflicting stakeholder interests. With decades of experience from various advisor roles, our team has first-hand experience from a wide range of industrial sectors and industries. However, our approach is sector-agnostic - we are open to consider investments in most industries. In general, we prefer Nordic companies, with revenues exceeding SEK 200m. Lazarus is a Swedish limited liability corpration, investing from our own balance sheet, and we are financially backed by a selected number of high-profile investment professionals, family offices, business leaders and successful entrepreneurs.

About Lazarus Industriförvaltning AB
Lazarus is an investment company focused on acquiring majority stakes in businesses facing financial or operational challenges, but with the potential for operational improvement and turnaround. In addition to these types of acquisitions, Lazarus actively seeks out spin-offs and carve-outs from larger corporations and groups. At Lazarus, we understand that every investment opportunity is unique, and we evaluate each one based on its individual circumstances.
Our investment criteria serve as guidelines in this process. Our investment philosophy is to invest in promising companies that have strayed off course for various reasons and need assistance in improving their situation. We aim to give these companies a second chance, while also preserving jobs and creating value.
Currently, Lazarus has a portfolio consisting of eight companies, with a combined turnover of over 6 billion SEK and employing over 2,200 professionals. These companies operate across diverse sectors, mainly in the Nordic region.
