**Brand Description: Narcotics Anonymous (NA)**

Narcotics Anonymous is a global, community-based fellowship dedicated to the recovery of individuals affected by drug addiction. Established in the early 1950s, NA has grown to encompass over 33,500 weekly meetings across more than 116 countries, offering a vital support network for recovering addicts. The organization is rooted in the principles of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, promoting complete abstinence from all substances as essential for achieving personal growth. NA encourages members to share their experiences and successes, emphasizing the therapeutic value of peer support in overcoming addiction.

NA provides a variety of resources, including literature available in 27 languages, and hosts meetings in accessible venues throughout local communities. The organization is entirely self-supporting, relying on voluntary contributions from its members, with no dues or fees for participation. Functioning independently and non-religiously, Narcotics Anonymous remains focused solely on its mission: fostering an environment where individuals can help one another achieve lasting recovery and a new way to live.
