Latvijas Būvniecības nozares arodbiedrība (LBNA) is a voluntary, independent, and democratic trade union organization in Latvia. Their primary goal is to express, represent, and defend the labor rights, social, and economic interests of its members who are involved in the building sector. LBNA brings together employees from various stages of the construction process, including project preparation, engineering investigation, construction planning, production, maintenance, and dismantling.

They also welcome students and other individuals who choose to join the trade union voluntarily. LBNA provides a range of services to its members, including consultations on labor rights and work safety, as well as training programs on these topics. Members also benefit from insurance coverage for civil and professional liabilities.

LBNA assists in resolving individual legal disputes with employers and evaluates employment termination decisions. Additionally, LBNA works at company and industry levels, helping to create professional organizations within workplaces, negotiating collective agreements, and resolving collective legal disputes. They also play a role in policy planning and legislation development, providing expert opinions within their area of expertise.

As a member of the Free Trade Union Confederation of Latvia (LBAS), LBNA is actively engaged in the national labor movement. They are also part of international networks, such as the European Federation of Building and Woodworkers (EFBWW) and Building and Wood Worker's International (BWI), which further strengthens their advocacy for workers' rights.
