About Lean Construction Institute
Lean Construction Institute – Qatar (LCI-Q) is a brand that aims to transform the built environment. They provide a range of products and services that go beyond construction site personnel and involve the entire supply chain, including owners, architects, authorities, designers, engineers, constructors, subcontractors, suppliers, and end-users. LCI-Q offers events such as the Lean in Public Sector (LIPS) Qatar 2019, which includes hands-on training in Lean Fundamentals and Lean Government Framework, presentations, case studies, experiential learning simulations, and discussions.
They also organize workshops like Bridging the Gap II, a special event for industry and academics. Additionally, LCI-Q conducts the Lean Construction Education Program (LCEP) in collaboration with the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), providing Lean Construction training and the opportunity to obtain the Certificate of Management – Lean Construction (CM-Lean) in the Middle East.
