LCLD

LCLD is an organization focused on developing leaders and advancing a more inclusive legal profession. Its programs support legal professionals at different stages of their careers, from law students to senior leaders, through mentorship, leadership training, and networking. The Law School Mentoring initiative provides mentorship for first-year law students, while Pathfinder helps early-career attorneys build foundational leadership skills and professional relationships. The Fellows program offers professional and personal development for mid-career attorneys. LCLD also provides ongoing support and training for graduates of its Pathfinder and Fellows programs, along with leadership insights and engagement opportunities for managing partners and general counsel.
