About LCLD
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) is dedicated to empowering the next generation of diverse leaders in the legal profession by engaging today's top leaders. With the mission of building a more equitable and diverse legal profession, LCLD is committed to ensuring that all talent thrives. LCLD provides a range of programs and resources to support and develop legal professionals at different stages of their careers.
Their offerings include ongoing support and training for graduates of LCLD Pathfinder and Fellows programs, professional and personal development for mid-career attorneys through the Fellows program, foundational leadership skills and relationship building for early-career attorneys through the Pathfinders program, a summit that pairs first-year law students with LCLD member organization attorneys, and a comprehensive mentorship initiative for first-year law students. As a member-driven organization, LCLD welcomes law students, diversity practitioners, and General Counsels, creating a space where every voice is heard. With over 400 member organizations, LCLD boasts a network of more than 5,000 Fellows and Pathfinder Program alumni, impacting over 15,000 careers.
