Led by professional chef Fiona Wilson, Le Délice draws on more than a decade of culinary experience and a distinctive approach that combines classic dishes with Asian influences and inspiration from her South African and Italian heritage. Menus are tailored to each occasion, seasonal availability and guests’ preferences, with high-quality produce at their heart.

Services include private chef dining and chalet hosting, from one-off celebrations to week-long stays. The team also caters weddings, birthdays and other events, offering options such as five-course dinners, family-style feasts, cocktail menus and grazing boards. Guests can arrange wine tastings with canapés and pairing menus, or book the Délice food truck for brunches, garden parties and late-night event snacks.
