Le Thoumas

Le Thoumas is an equestrian and horse-breeding facility in Faget-Abbatial, in the Gers region of France. Its activities bring together Camargue horse breeding, horse boarding and riding experiences, with an emphasis on the animals’ physical and mental well-being. Horses live in a herd on the property’s extensive grounds.

The breeding operation is led by a Camargue breed enthusiast with more than 30 years of experience, while riding instruction is provided by Laurence Gargiulo, a qualified instructor with over 15 years of experience. Her approach includes working both around and with the horse. Le Thoumas offers lessons and courses, as well as horse rental for riding and outings.

The site also presents its breeding history, horses available for lessons and rides, and lamas. Visitors can find information about accommodation, fees and the facility’s activities through the website. Le Thoumas also offers textile products for riders and horse enthusiasts, and welcomes enquiries by phone or email
