Leader Company

Leader Company is a real estate project development and construction business serving Berlin, Potsdam, and their surrounding areas. It supports private and institutional clients, as well as investors, in creating and improving high-quality properties, with a focus on the needs and expectations of future occupants. The company concentrates on premium locations, particularly Berlin’s Dahlem, Zehlendorf, and Grunewald districts, and Potsdam, selecting properties and sites suited to distinctive architecture and upscale finishes.

Its services span three areas: property development, villa construction, and renovation with construction supervision. For villa projects, Leader Company focuses on new builds in the neoclassical style, working with clients to shape their ideas, plan the design, and carry out the agreed plans. For renovations, it assesses a property’s value and likely costs to help clients consider whether the work is worthwhile. The company also guides projects through planning, coordination, inspection, acceptance, and accounting. Throughout construction and renovation, its team stays in personal contact with clients and aims to implement their preferences and requirements while maintaining high quality standards.
