Leadership Embodiment

Leadership Embodiment is a leadership and personal-development organization that helps people access greater confidence, resilience, and creativity by training the body and mind to work together. Founded by Wendy Palmer, the organization has supported people and organizations around the world for more than 20 years, with programs offered across over 15 countries.

Its approach draws on practices adapted from the Japanese martial art Aikido, mindfulness principles, and bioscience. Participants learn practical ways to manage stress, recover more quickly under pressure, and respond with greater calm, perspective, and openness. The experiential, interactive practices are designed to be simple, sustainable, and useful in everyday situations.

Leadership Embodiment offers programs for organizations, including teams and leaders; coach and facilitator training; public courses; and self-paced virtual training. In-person and virtual options support individuals and groups seeking to strengthen leadership presence, build inclusive environments, improve communication and collaboration, and cultivate creativity. The organization serves a broad range of settings, including businesses, nonprofits, education, healthcare, and child and family services.
