LEADERSHIP INC

Leadership Inc is a community-focused organization that mobilizes faith, collaboration, and learning to help people address unmet needs and reach their potential. Its approach brings community resources together, leverages donor support, and reduces duplication to create more effective local initiatives.

The organization’s programs include Read2Win, learning scholarships, youth citizenship awards, and youth character development. Through its Dynamic Learning Institute, Leadership Inc promotes lifelong learning and offers scholarships, working with partners including the Dietert Center’s Club-Ed, Schreiner University, and SERV Kerrville. Its stated goals include supporting personal development, social inclusion, active citizenship, and self-sustainability, while helping seniors stay engaged.

Leadership Inc also offers financial wellness initiatives, including Freedom Guides and payday loan escape solutions, as well as employer financial wellness services. Through SERV Ministries, it collaborates with Christian ministries and donors on community projects. One highlighted effort was gifting artist Max Greiner’s monumental bronze “Lion of Judah” sculpture to the people of Israel in honor of the country’s 70th anniversary.
