LEAD Estero

LEAD Estero is a student-led nonprofit founded in May 2022 by brothers Jeffrey and Matthew Stevens to support the Estero community. The organization creates opportunities for young people to develop leadership skills while helping local nonprofits and providing scholarships for Estero High School graduates. Its stated goal is to raise more than $30,000 in scholarships each year, connecting community service with practical support for students’ futures.

Student members drive the organization’s activities and community initiatives. LEAD Estero also shares information about its accomplishments and events, including leadership camp and Breaking Par activities, and invites community members to volunteer or donate.
