Lead For Ghana (LBG) is a not-for-profit leadership development and network social enterprise based in Accra, Ghana. They firmly believe that education is the most powerful solution to societal issues and a means to create equal opportunities for all. With this conviction, Lead For Ghana commits resources, funds, and innovative ideas to ensure that every child in Ghana can access a quality education.

Established in 2013, Lead For Ghana was founded by a dedicated group of individuals including Daniel Dotse, Sadik Antwi Boampong, Abdul Razak Musah, and Carolina Ramirez. These founders share a deep-rooted belief in the transformational power of education. They have made it their life's mission to provide excellent education to children in Ghana and beyond.

Lead For Ghana recruits and trains young leaders to teach in underserved schools across Ghana. Since its inception, they have successfully trained over 500 passionate fellows, who have worked tirelessly to improve education outcomes despite limited resources and challenging circumstances. The founders of Lead For Ghana remain actively involved, ensuring their mission of quality education as a fundamental right for every child is realized.

Lead For Ghana's board is dedicated to their goal of providing excellent education to every Ghanaian child.
