Leading The Way International

Leading the Way International is an Australian horse-facilitated learning organisation based in Queensland. Led by Alane (AJ) Millions, an EponaQuest-trained Horse Facilitated Learning teacher with extensive experience working with horses and people, the organisation uses interactions with horses to help participants reflect on their perceptions, choices and wellbeing. Its approach draws on an understanding of horses’ natural behaviour and the insights this can offer about human life.

Programs and services are available for schools, community groups, individuals and private groups, as well as veterans through the Warrior Scout Veterans Program. Offerings also include Conscious Horse, Conscious Human sessions, facilitator training, inspiration workshops and photography. Leading the Way International can deliver programs at its location or come to clients. The organisation’s work is supported by a herd of horses, and its programs are facilitated by both horse and human facilitators.
