Lead Sports

LEAD Sports is an athletic development organization serving Edmonton and the surrounding area. It provides customized training for athletes at every level, with a particular focus on hockey and helping players grow both on and off the ice. Its offerings include strength and conditioning programs, dry-land and on-ice training, power-skating, skills development, hockey camps, wellness and nutrition support, and industry-specific mentorship. Programs include strength and conditioning packages, an Atom-to-PeeWee development camp, and a Novice-to-Atom transition program.

LEAD Sports emphasizes leadership, excellence, accountability, and discipline. Its approach aims to build athletic ability, positive habits, character, and confidence while giving players an informed perspective on the sports industry. The organization’s instructors bring experience from across the hockey community, including coaching, scouting, player development, and hockey operations.
