About LEAF
LEAF, also known as Women's Legal Education & Action Fund, is a leading advocacy organization dedicated to promoting gender equality through law in Canada. Since its inception in 1985, LEAF has fought for women's rights and gender justice by championing important legal cases and spearheading law reforms. LEAF's work spans across various issue areas such as reproductive justice, indigenous rights, identity-based oppression, hate speech, sexual assault, workplace rights, and more.
