Leafy Life

Leafy Life is a women’s health and wellness practice based in Haarlem, focused on helping women better understand their bodies and support hormonal health. Led by an orthomolecular nutritionist, the practice offers personalized functional medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance for concerns including PMS, PCOS, endometriosis, fertility challenges, painful or heavy periods, irregular or missing cycles, low energy, and perimenopause or menopause. Support begins with a broader look at each client’s symptoms, diet, sleep, stress, and other factors, rather than treating individual complaints in isolation.

Laboratory diagnostics may be used to assess hormone levels or the microbiome, including urine, saliva, and finger-prick tests. Leafy Life also shares plant-based recipes through its health blog and provides fitness options, including Zumba classes, live classes, dance videos, and HIIT workout videos. Prospective clients can book a free discovery call to discuss their needs and explore support.

The brand’s approach centers on helping women build energy, balance, and confidence through practical, individualized care
