LEAN BIM Solutions

Lean BIM Solutions is a construction company that designs and builds building projects, combining Lean Construction principles with Building Information Modeling (BIM). Its aim is to improve the profitability of construction investments by identifying where costs and resources are lost and applying processes to help prevent waste. The company integrates people, digital systems, and productive workflows to support the design, execution, and supervision of projects.

Lean Construction is presented as a way to pursue excellence through closer coordination among the participants and businesses involved throughout a project’s life cycle. BIM supports collaborative work by bringing together technical, spatial, and scheduling requirements for project design and construction, as well as future maintenance. Lean BIM Solutions also offers an ERP platform for contractors and invites prospective clients to book a complimentary consultation about implementing its solutions. Its project portfolio includes educational, sports, residential, and transmission-plant developments, with examples associated with UNAM, UAM, and other institutions. The company also welcomes contractors interested in developing their skills and contributing their expertise to its projects.
