Leandro Vieira

Prisma Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a martial arts academy in Morgan Hill, California, led by Professor Leandro Vieira. The academy focuses on building confidence, respect, and purposeful movement through instruction designed for children, adults, beginners, and experienced students. Its Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu programs are organized by age, with classes for children ages 4–5, 6–7, and 8–13, as well as adult training that emphasizes technique, community, and personal growth. Dedicated beginner classes provide an accessible starting point for newcomers, while experienced practitioners can continue developing their skills and pursuing competition.

Prisma also offers kickboxing, combining movement, skill development, and confidence-building. Beyond its regular schedule, the academy provides homeschool Jiu-Jitsu for Ocean Grove Charter School families and a non-striking after-school enrichment program for children ages 7–13. Vieira, a fifth-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt and Checkmat co-founder, serves as head coach, bringing high-level experience and attentive instruction to the academy.
