Lean on we

Lean On We is a recovery community organization dedicated to helping individuals and families build fulfilling lives through personalized, compassionate support. Its approach recognizes that recovery from addiction, mental health challenges, and other life-altering circumstances is unique to each person. The organization brings together staff with professional expertise and lived experience, including coaches, clinicians, case managers, and mentors, and works with community partners to connect people with resources.

Services include peer support groups, individual and group counseling and therapy, family support, educational workshops, wellness activities, and sober living. Workshops cover practical topics such as life skills, coping strategies, healthy relationships, job searching, resumes, and financial planning.
