Leapmotor (零跑汽车, Língpǎo Qìchē) is a Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer founded in December 2015 in Hangzhou by Zhu Jiangming and Fu Liquan — co-founders of surveillance technology giant Dahua Technology — with the brand officially launched in March 2017 and first vehicle sales beginning in 2019.
