Learning To Choose is a brand created by Evan Snow, a local arts advocate and community builder in Broward County. With a strong passion for his native county, Snow founded the Choose954 social movement, aiming to cultivate culture and community. Through various initiatives such as Art Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Art & Design Week, and The Choose954 Local Artist Discovery Series, Snow has provided a platform for local creatives to showcase their work. In addition, he is a founding board member of The Ocean Rescue Alliance and The 1000 Mermaids Artificial Reef Project, working towards deploying artistically crafted reefs in South Florida to support marine life and eco-tourism.

Despite his efforts, Snow experienced burnout and fatigue, leading him to explore yoga and mindfulness. This journey of self-discovery and personal growth was fueled by his collaboration with Chloe Ravel, also known as The Gemini Rising.
