LearnPress was created by the team at ThimPress with one clear goal making online teaching simple on WordPress.

At the time many learning platforms were expensive hard to customize or controlled by third parties. Course creators often had limited ownership of their content data and users. LearnPress was built as an open and WordPress native solution so educators could stay in full control of their websites and businesses.

From the first version LearnPress focused on ease of use for beginners while remaining flexible for developers. Users can start with the free core plugin and add features only when needed. This approach helps creators grow step by step without pressure or complex setup.

As the product evolved LearnPress expanded with a strong add on system for payments certificates quizzes memberships and integrations. Professional themes like Eduma were developed to help users launch complete learning websites faster. Today LearnPress supports individuals schools training centers and businesses around the world.

LearnPress continues to grow as part of the ThimPress ecosystem with a focus on openness flexibility and long term value for the global WordPress education community.
