LEBENSARCHIVARIN

Lebensarchivarin is the personal service of Dr. Kirsten Ulrike Maaß, a life archivist who helps people discover, document, and preserve the stories behind their family memories and personal records. Working collaboratively with clients, she reviews and organizes private documents, translates historical handwriting such as Sütterlin, and records meaningful recollections through attentive listening and thoughtful questions. The aim is to uncover stories that may be unknown, forgotten, or hidden, and bring them together in a form that can be revisited and shared.

The collected material can be shaped into life books or memory boxes, offering a personal way to remember and celebrate both everyday experiences and significant moments. These keepsakes may suit occasions including anniversaries, milestone birthdays, weddings, memorials, farewells, and new beginnings. Lebensarchivarin presents its work as a way to honor each person’s unique story and create a lasting, meaningful gift for individuals, families, or friends. Dr. Maaß invites prospective clients to arrange an introductory conversation and begin a shared journey into their memories.
