Lebenshilfe für Behinderte – Vereinigung Grafenau e. V. is a nonprofit association serving people with disabilities, people at risk of disability, and their families in the Freyung-Grafenau district of Bavaria. Founded in 1969 by parents and friends, the organization promotes belonging, self-determination, and independence, supporting each person to pursue their wishes and develop their abilities.

Its services span different stages of life and support needs. These include community residential care, supported individual living, and ambulatory supported housing, as well as an assisted-living group for people with dementia called Lichtblick. The organization also provides an outpatient nursing service, a guardianship association, and assistance for social participation for people with mental health conditions. For children and young people, its offerings include a therapeutic and social-pedagogical day centre, school social work, inclusion services, and open all-day schooling. Open support services and open disability work provide further opportunities for participation, including the Kling mit music project for people with and without disabilities.
