Leche & Smiles, LLC is a lactation support and keepsake jewelry business founded by Yolanda Akins, combining her interests in breastfeeding education and creative crafting. The brand supports mothers through different stages of their breastfeeding journeys, offering lactation consultations and personalized mementos that preserve meaningful memories.

Lactation services are available to clients in Paulding, Cobb, Bartow, and surrounding counties, with in-person office and home visits as well as virtual appointments. Leche & Smiles also encourages clients to check whether their insurance may cover lactation services. Appointments are requested through the online booking calendar, with confirmation details sent by email.

The keepsake jewelry collection features custom, one-of-a-kind designs made to commemorate personal milestones. Options include jewelry incorporating breastmilk, hair, or umbilical cord, allowing customers to create a lasting reminder of cherished moments. Through this blend of compassionate guidance and personalized craftsmanship, Leche & Smiles aims to support families while helping them celebrate memories that matter.
