L’Écrin is a wellness studio in Vaux-sur-Mer, near Royan on France’s Atlantic coast, created to offer a calm, unhurried space for personal care and relaxation. Inspired by experiences in Asia, the brand places emphasis on attentive gestures, sensory details and giving guests time to unwind. Its three appointment-based rituals are designed around different aspects of wellbeing.
The Japanese Head Spa focuses on scalp care and relaxation, with gentle steam and enveloping techniques. The Vital Dôme offers sessions using gentle infrared warmth, presented as a way to support relaxation, muscle comfort and recovery. The Foot Spa is a dedicated treatment for the feet, combining a foot bath with organic callus care.
Each visit includes a thoughtful welcome, a soothing atmosphere and time to settle back in after the treatment. Guests can enjoy an infusion or a cold drink, while soft lighting, warmth and calming sounds contribute to the experience. L’Écrin operates by appointment, with limited time slots to preserve privacy, and is scheduled to open in October 2026
