Led By HER, established in 2014, is the first association in France to offer professional reconstruction through entrepreneurship for women who are victims of violence. By using entrepreneurship as a means of support, the organization helps these women regain control over their lives and acquire new skills. Led By HER aims to facilitate the women's professional reintegration or the creation of their own businesses through a comprehensive program that includes education, collective activities, workshops, and various tools.

Through this process, the association guides its beneficiaries in breaking the cycle of violence, allowing them to achieve financial autonomy and independence. Led By HER also raises awareness about the effects of violence and gender inequalities in the business and entrepreneurial world.
