Le dernier cri

Le Dernier Cri is an independent French publisher and art collective based at La Friche de la Belle de Mai in Marseille. Active since 1993, it focuses on screen printing, comics and experimental visual culture, with an emphasis on limited print runs and distinctive graphic work. Its online shop offers books, comics, posters, CDs and DVDs, and shirts, alongside publications and prints by Le Dernier Cri and other artists and collectives.

The organization also curates exhibitions and presents projects connected to illustration, independent publishing and alternative art. Its programme has featured individual artists, collaborative projects and printmaking studios, including retrospectives and exhibitions exploring unusual imagery, graphic experimentation and visual storytelling.
